Ailana is a Senior Associate in Capital markets, Corporate and M&A Practices.

Ailana specializes in capital markets, corporate law, and supporting M&A transactions.

Her project experience comprises supporting securities issues in on-exchange trading, including securitization issues, structured bonds issues, initial public offering (IPO).

Ailana graduated with honors with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the Lomonosov Moscow State University.
