Irina is a Senior Associate in the Corporate / M&A practice at ALRUD Law Firm.
Irina advises Russian and foreign clients on corporate law issues, specializes in supporting local and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business restructuring and reorganization, and on integrated asset transfer projects.
Irina graduated from the National Research University – Higher School of Economics, majoring in civil law. Prior to joining the ALRUD team, Irina completed an internship at Slaughter and May, one of the largest English law firms.
