March 16, 2006 Moscow hosted the second Annual International Corporate Counsel Forum, organized by C5, United Kingdom. Among the conference participants were leading lawyers of Russian corporations and of foreign corporations operating in Russia. Alexandra Nesterenko, President of the Russian Corporate Counsel Association, Business Legal Support Director, British American Tobacco acted as chairman of this conference.
The conference speakers included i.a. representatives of Unilever (Russia), Coca-Cola (Russia), OSAGO Ingostrakh, (Russia), Base Element (Russia), and other large companies.
Alexander Zharskiy, Associate was invited to present the subject How to Develop Business under the New Antimonopoly Regulations. In his speech Alexander looked into a number of issues related to company growth, specialities of transactions with participation of foreign investors, and effect of the new regulations on business sale transactions.
