Timur Akhundov spoke at the Gleiss Lutz webinar on international economic law

On February 4th, Timur Akhundov, ALRUD’s Of Counsel, took part in an international educational webinar, organized by Gleiss Lutz for students of EBS Law School in Germany. The meeting was dedicated to the issues of international economic law and international business transactions.

Timur provided and elaborated with a special report entitled «Russian M&A market. New legal opportunities» and covered questions on mergers and acquisitions in Russia and their legislative aspects. During his speech, Timur also spoke about Russian civil law, the court system in Russia, foreign investments into Russia and its counter sanctions law.
