Dmitry Kuptsov spoke at the International Banking Day 2022 (ICC) conference.

The International Banking Day 2022 (ICC) conference was held by the Russian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Russia), the world business organization, from 31 March to 1 April 2022. Dmitry Kuptsov, ALRUD Partner of Dispute Resolution, Restructuring and Bankruptcy practices, acted as a speaker.

In his speech, Dmitry addressed topical issues of resolving disputes related to documentary credits in Russian Courts, examined a case of an issuing bank bankruptcy, and shared his insights on the transformation of court and arbitration practice in current situation.
