ALRUD experts held the webinar “Retail companies’ exit from the Russian market: general strategies and lease issues”

In this webinar ALRUD experts gave an overview of recent experiences in strategies and options considered and implemented by foreign retail and other companies as lessees of non-residential premises in Russia and discussed legal and practical aspects that have to be taken into consideration, including the following:
