Danil Menshikov is an associate in the Dispute Resolution and Restructuring and Insolvency practices at ALRUD.

Danil has experience representing clients in state courts in a wide range of disputes, including corporate and commercial matters, as well as disputes involving a foreign aspect. He specializes in resolving complex disputes involving bankruptcy, including those involving the inclusion of claims in the register of creditors, challenging transactions, and holding the controlling persons accountable for secondary liability.

Danil graduated from the National Research University Higher School of Economics (NRU HSE) with a degree in Jurisprudence: Private Law, as well as from the Russian School of Private Law.
