Ekaterina is a Senior Associate in the Corporate/ M&A practice at ALRUD Law Firm. She specialises in incorporation of entities in Russia, advising both Russian and international clients. Her areas of expertise include developing projects, preparing documentation, advising on the establishment of subsidiaries and joint ventures, setting up branches and representative offices of foreign companies, as well as on their liquidation.

Prior to joining ALRUD, she worked in the Moscow office of a leading international law firm.

Ekaterina graduated with honours from the Academic Law University. She speaks English and German.
