Ekaterina Yaranova is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution, Restructuring and Insolvency practices at ALRUD.

Ekaterina has experience representing clients in state commercial (arbitrazh) and arbitration courts over disputes in various areas, including commercial and corporate disputes, those involving the securities market, as well as in cases of insolvency (bankruptcy). Ekaterina participates in major disputes at Russia's International Central Securities Depository, which are foundational to shaping the practice of dispute resolution in the securities market.

Ekaterina graduated from the Faculty of Law at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE).

Ekaterina joined the ALRUD team in 2023 and is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
