Grigory Viktorov is an associate of the Antitrust Practice at ALRUD law firm.

Grigory advises Clients on a wide range of antitrust issues and participates in projects involving the investigations of abuse of dominant position and anti-competitive agreements, as well as related to approval by the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia of transactions involving the acquisition of shares and assets of companies operating in Russia.

Grigory also advises Clients from various industries on compliance with Russia’s antitrust legislation.

Grigory graduated from the Law Faculty of the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) in Moscow. He has also earned a Master of Laws degree by graduating from the Corporate Lawyer program at the same institution.

Grigory joined the ALRUD team in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Grigory worked at the Institute of Legal Research at the HSE.

One of Grigory’s roles at ALRUD is to serve as a lecturer at ALRUD University, an educational initiative to disseminate practical legal knowledge among students.
