Khati’s focus area encompasses tax planning and transaction support, company restructuring, intra-group tax burden management, tax audit support, and representation of taxpayers' interests at the pre-trial and trial stages of appealing tax authority decisions.

Khati joined Alrud Law Firm in 2025 with over 7 years of experience in taxation and currency control. Khati graduated from Kutafin Moscow State Law Academy with bachelor’s and master’s degrees.
