Olga Gorokhova is a Senior Associate in the Competition/Antitrust Practice, Intellectual Property Practice, and Personal Data Protection and Cybersecurity Practice at ALRUD Law Firm.
Olga advises on a wide range of antimonopoly issues. Her relevant experience includes merger control clearance of global M&A/JV transactions. In addition, Olga represents clients during the national security clearance of transactions related to the foreign investments in Russia, including investments in strategic industries.
Olga assists clients during projects related to the compliance of the company's business activities with the requirements of antimonopoly legislation and also represents interests in cases of unfair competition. Olga's experience also includes advising on competition rules of the Eurasian Economic Union.
Among her clients are companies from such industries as pharmaceutical, food, chemical and oil and gas, IT sector and other industries.
As part of the Intellectual Property practice, as well as the practice of Personal Data Protection and Cybersecurity, Olga advises foreign and Russian clients on various legal issues in the field of intellectual property, advertising and personal data, and also takes part in dispute resolution projects related to intellectual property.
Olga graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Law with honors, and with a master’s degree in Competition Law with honors.
