Petr Frolov is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution, Restructuring and Insolvency Practices at ALRUD Law Firm.

Petr has experience representing clients’ interests in state commercial courts, courts of general jurisdiction, and before the state authorities in various areas, including commercial and corporate disputes, cases involving distressed assets, challenging transactions, and the liability of management.

Petr graduated from the Law School at Lomonosov Moscow State University and has a master’s degree in Private Law from the S. S. Alekseev Private Law Research Center under the President of the Russian Federation (RSPL).

Petr joined ALRUD in 2024.
