Prior to joining ALRUD, Ratmir was a associate of the Capital Markets practice at Linklaters' Moscow office, Director of Legal Affairs at the international financial organization Eurasian Development Bank (EDB), and a senior associate at Neonika Legal.

Ratmir has participated in complex and innovative transactions in the Russian market, representing Russian and international banks and corporations on issues of financial regulation, Eurobond issuance and restructuring, project bonds, REPO transactions, derivatives, structured bonds, and structured export (advance) financing. As Director of Legal Affairs at the EDB, he was responsible for the comprehensive legal support of transactions in the debt securities market, derivatives, repo transactions, corporate and project financing.

He graduated from the National Research University – Higher School of Economics.
