Ruslana Karimova is a Senior Associate in the Competition/Antitrust and Foreign Direct Investment Regulation Practices, and an expert in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Industry at ALRUD Law Firm.
Ruslana specializes in projects related to obtaining merger control clearance for the international transactions and joint venture agreements. Also, she advises clients on all aspects of foreign and strategic investment regulation, including the ultimate beneficial owners’ disclosure and receiving regulatory clearances from the Government Commission for Control over Foreign Investments.
Ruslana represents the clients’ interests during the antimonopoly investigations, both from the side of claimants and defendants, elaborates the defense strategy and consults on all aspects of the antimonopoly proceedings.
Ruslana is also consulting clients on their sales systems and distribution models in Russia and the EAEU. As a part of the compliance procedures, Ruslana conducts antitrust trainings and seminars for the clients.
