ALRUD and Link Community hold a risk club meeting

On May 15, 2025, ALRUD Law Firm, in cooperation with Link Community, held a risk club meeting on “Compliance and inspections: Strategies for Success in the New Realities”. Participants discussed key challenges of the year 2025, including lifting the moratorium on unscheduled inspections and increasing requirements for corporate compliance systems.

During the meeting two major blocks were discussed:

Compliance function evolution: automation, ethics, and effective risk management

  • Irina Grekova, Managing Director on Compliance and Business Ethics, Moscow Exchange.

The participants considered the best practices in the sphere of compliance processes automation, as well as methods for compliance culture formation via training of staff. Special emphasis was placed on building the systems of early detection of violations and implementing ethical standards into the companies’ day-to-day operations.

Inspections without panic: strategies for preparation and interaction with regulators

The experts stressed the necessity of building the systematic work with regulatory authorities and proactive preparing for inspections. Finally, the participants formulated recommendations for mitigation of risks and successful passing inspections given the shifting supervisory landscape.

The event became a platform for sharing practical cases and strategies adapted to the new regulatory requirements
