Maria Nevezhina and Ksenia Tarkhova spoke at the conference «Compliance in Russia»

On April 25, 2025, the annual conference «Compliance in Russia» was held. Many Russian and foreign compliance specialists took part in it. ALRUD was represented by Maria Nevezhina, Senior Associate, PhD in Law, and Ksenia Tarkhova, Senior Associate.

Maria spoke on the topic «Labour Disputes: trends, prospects, preventive measures». Maria told about key trends in labour disputes and their development opportunities, as well as measures in the sphere of labour compliance for prevention of labour disputes.

Kseina spoke on the topic «Secondary Sanctions: trends to increase of control and tightening the screws?». Ksenia shared valuable information on secondary sanctions: persons and situations in high-risk areas; secondary sanctions institute evolution; «red flags» and triggers attracting regulators’ attention; countries statistics and cases of adding to sanctions lists.
