ALRUD experts speak at AmCham CARES Conference

On June 10, 2025 the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia held its AmCham CARES Conference at the office of ALRUD Law Firm. It aimed to raise awareness of corporate social responsibility (CSR) among the members of the most active business chamber in Russia.

The key topic was «The Future of the Health Ecosystem». Ilya Khodakov, Senior Associate, Advocate, represented ALRUD.

The Conference consisted of 3 sessions:

1. Blitz on trends in the healthcare market

2. Digitalization of the healthcare system

3. Regulation in the healthcare system

Whithin the third session Ilya Khodakov told about the strategies for rightholders protection against early termination of legal protection of trademark. He shared his insights on burden of evidence in early termination cases, dispute of interests, proving the improper use of rights, use controlled by a rightholder.

Anastasia Petrova, ALRUD OF Counsel, also spoke at the Conference. She is a Co-Chair of the AmCham Compliance Committee.
