ALRUD experts advised the Azerbaijan State Oil Fund SOFAZ on the acquisition of the Gallery Actor Shopping and Office Center in Moscow; the transaction amounted to US$133m.
ALRUD attorneys of Real Estate Practice provided due diligence of the building, structuring and negotiation of the transaction for acquisition of the Office Center. Also, ALRUD provided services in relation to signing key long-term leases of shopping mall premises by the client.
