A conference named “Antitrust regulation in Eurasian Economic Union participant countries” was held on 15 October 2015. This annual conference is held by the Non-profit partnership “Promotion of competition in CIS countries” and FAS Russia supported by JSC “Centre for promotion and protection of competition policy”. The conference was attended by representatives of the Eurasian Economic Commission, the Court of EEU, antitrust bodies of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russian, and leading antitrust legal practitioners.

Senior Partner Vassily Rudomino moderated the first session dedicated to an overview of the main events of the year 2015 in antitrust regulation in EEU and EEU countries. Senior Associate German Zakharov moderated the session “Regulation of distribution agreements in EEU. Harmonizing approaches”. The session participants briefly reviewed the general issues of regulating distribution agreements in EEU and relevant jurisdictions, and analyzed a case study - creating an distribution network on EEU territory.
