ALRUD Antitrust Practice advised Natura &Co. in connection with the acquisition of Avon Products, Inc.

Specialists of ALRUD Law Firm represented the interests of Natura &Co., a Brazilian global manufacturer of cosmetics and perfumes (brands include Natura, The Body Shop, Aēsop), in the process of clearance with FAS Russia (Federal Antimonopoly Service) and the Government Commission for Control over Foreign Investments of the acquisition of Avon Products, Inc., a global manufacturer of cosmetics and related products. The transaction was completed on January 3rd 2020. It resulted in the creation of the world's fourth-largest beauty group.
