ALRUD Antitrust Practice Represented Samsung's Interests in Russia, in the Best Case of 2019, as Recognised by FAS Russia

ALRUD experts provided services for the full support to the company, as part of an unscheduled FAS Russia (Federal Antimonopoly Service) inspection, the investigation and subsequent antitrust case, the antitrust policy development, as well as the case of administrative offence. Thanks to the strategy, developed by ALRUD with our client, it was possible to minimize the risks of imposing a double fine on the company, and the case itself was completed within the strictly controlled frames.
