Olga is a Counsel in the Corporate / M&A practice at ALRUD Law Firm. Olga specializes in mergers and acquisitions, including transaction structuring, and transaction support, creating joint ventures, corporate reorganizations.

Olga also has many years of experience advising international and Russian companies on a wide range of labour law issues, including restructurings and dismissals, legal support of internal investigations, compensations and benefits including long-term equity-based incentive plans.

Olga graduated the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (MGIMO University), Faculty of International Law.

She is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the World Services Group (WSG). Olga regularly acts as a speaker at international and domestic conferences and seminars.
