ALRUD is proud to be one of the first law firms in Russia to adopt a partnership model where members are not just business managers but also co-owners. At ALRUD, lawyers develop their careers not only as professional advisors and top executives but also as entrepreneurs.
Since its inception in 2007, ALRUD’s partnership model has been a key driver in achieving the firm’s strategic goals and delivering on client needs. Each Partner is appointed with these goals in mind, contributing to the continued growth and strength of our team. Through our partnership preparation program, candidates thoroughly assess the business objectives of both their practice area and the firm as a whole, while also developing their personal and professional skills.
This partnership model at ALRUD creates a powerful pathway for career advancement and serves as a strong motivator for both professional and personal growth, while also fostering a strong sense of teamwork. The absence of internal competition among partners and practices ensures stability, and it guarantees that clients have direct access to the firm’s co-owners. This approach not only upholds the highest standards of service quality but also ensures that each client receives personalised attention tailored to their unique needs.
