Major worldwide trader

involved in one of the key corporate disputes in Russia concerned with Norilsk Nickel (Russian largest metallurgic company). Elaborated the strategy with regard to several co-defendants incorporated in Russia and abroad. The dispute was complicated by the several parallel proceedings in the arbitral tribunal under the LCIA rules, US courts, and courts of Saint Kitts and Nevis.

The UK investment company

in the dispute under the claim of the major non-state pension fund for recovery of losses in the amount of RUB 12.6 billion caused by the failure to send a mandatory bid on buying shares due to the acquisition of the largest Russian private bank (one of the largest corporate disputes in Russia).

One of the largest European railway operators

in the dispute on restoration of corporate control in the Russian subsidiary.

The minor shareholder of one of the largest coal mining companies

in the complex corporate multi-jurisdictional dispute with the major shareholder due to disposition of assets. As a result of realization of complex strategy of protection of interests of the minority shareholder the parties came to amicable settlement on the favorable conditions.
