ALRUD Partner Sergey Petrachkov took part in the International Conference “Fraud, Asset Tracing & Recovery”
The 15th International Conference “Fraud, Asset Tracing & Recovery” was held jointly by C5, The Canadian Institute, and American Conference Institute on 23 – 25 March, 2021.
Sergey Petrachkov, ALRUD Partner heading Dispute Resolution and Restructuring and Insolvency Practices, spoke at the Session “Arbitration as a Forum for Adjudicating Fraud Matters – and Enforceability of Orders”. In his speech, he focused on the prospects for enforcement in Russia of arbitral awards on tort claims, and problems related to the extension of an arbitration agreement to the persons not having signed the arbitration agreement.
Fraud, Asset Tracing and Recovery Conference is a milestone event in Europe that traditionally gathers more than 250 leading practitioners specializing in tracing and recovery of concealed assets obtained by fraud. This year the Conference was held online.
