On 26 July 2022 Artur Chernykhov, Associate, spoke at the regular meeting of the Legal Committee of the Association of European Business on “Moratorium and recent trends in the Russian legislation on bankruptcy”.

During the meeting participants also discussed the latest news – changes in the legislation, initiatives, development of judicial practice.

The Association of European Businesses is the main representative body of foreign investors in Russia. Founded in 1995, the AEB is an independent non-profit organisation of over 500 European and Russian companies.
