Biography

Irina Anyukhina is a partner at ALRUD law firm dealing with international business and trade, mergers and acquisitions. Irina possesses an extent experience in consulting on corporate law, real estate and labor law. Irina heads real estate and labor law practice in ALRUD and coordinates work with the Ius Laboris alliance.

Irina Anyukhina joined ALRUD in 2002 and has been a partner since 2007. Prior to joining ALRUD, she worked as a legal counsel for major Russian and foreign companies.

Her speaking and publication activities include several foreign conferences and contributions to legal periodicals in various areas of corporate, commercial and labour law.

Irina Anyukhina graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations under Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Law Faculty, International Public Law Department. She is fluent in Russian (native), English and French.
